Having worked as an associate in Sydney's Intellectual Property, Commercial and Corporate groups, I have gained both transactional and litigation experience in relation to a diverse range of clients. I joined the Intellectual Property group at a time when multiple large scale litigation matters were underway, including for two high profile pharmaceutical companies. Working within this fast paced and demanding environment required me to be adaptable and highly organised and possess a strong attention to detail. During this time, I also assisted with all aspects of the trade mark prosecution process and advised clients on Australia's health regulations and consumer law.
